Il est situé dans le célèbre bâtiment de première ligne d'Acapulco Playa dans une partie toujours populaire de Nerja. C'est au deuxième étage et il y a deux petits ascenseurs. L'appartement bénéficie d'une place de parking, même s'il s'agit d'un premier arrivé, premier servi. Il est à une courte distance à pied du centre-ville avec ses bars et restaurants avec quelques petites épiceries à proximité. Le Balcon de Europa est à environ 5 minutes à pied. Il est à quelques minutes à pied d'un certain nombre de plages de la ville et il y a une station de taxis à proximité si vous avez envie de vous aventurer plus loin. L'appartement peut accueillir deux personnes confortablement dans une chambre double (lit king size) avec un canapé-lit pour un tiers. Il bénéficie d'une grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine communale avec vue sur la mer dans deux directions où vous pourrez déguster votre vin enfant et tapas à la table à manger à l'extérieur. Nous fournissons deux chaises longues pour une utilisation dans le jardin près de la piscine.

Excellent apartment in brilliant location by Balcon.
Our second stay in this apartment. Exceptionally clean and the owners leave you water, beers and wine to start your holiday. Perfectly situated from the beach, the balcon, shops, bars and many restaurants. Owners arranged taxi from airport and could not be more helpful. Thank you Sonny and Peter
Great Apartment
I have stayed here before and its as great as it ever was. Clean, bright and airy with everything you need for a great holiday. Comfy bed, great air conditioning/heating and a fabulous balcony to enjoy the sun. Sonny is always a pleasure to deal with and the restaurant across the square is well worth a visit.
Great stay again
This is the third time we have stayed in this lovely apartment. We were delighted with the first visit and the next two have been even better as the owners keep improving it. New air-con, now in both the lounge and bedroom, a new TV box, new chairs to use in the garden area. The apartment is always spotless.
We appreciate the location more with each visit as it really is in a wonderfully central but peaceful spot. The main restaurants, bars and the Balcon is 3 - 4 mins away, the Salon and Torrecilla beaches are a short walk away.
The owners have always been a delight to deal with and so we will hope to stay here whenever we visit Nerja again.
Einfache Wohnung, leider nicht sehr sauber
Kleine Wohnung mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Leider waren die Teller, Töpfe und die Pfanne nicht sehr sauber. Letztendlich aber ein gelungener Urlaub.
Great location
The apartment is well equipped and was spotless when we arrived. It’s a short walk to the nearest beach and to the Balcón. Local buses were 15 minutes walk and we used them to go to Frigiliana and also the caves.
