Amazing stay at this beautiful villa
Absolutely lovely Villa with stunning views enjoyed the whole stay
A beautiful villa with everything you need extremely clean and well looked after. The views are beautiful, the location is perfect, near a stunning bay/beach and a short stroll to the main square. I have nothing negative to say at all about the Villa we all enjoyed every minute. Cala en Porter is a quaint town with lovely restaurants and bars would definitely recommend it Along with a stay at this Villa 10/10
Thanks for a wonderful relaxing holiday 👍
A nice small villa with a lovely view
Our family had a good stay at Villa Maru. It is comfortable and very clean. The pool is very nice and the villa feels private. No amenities such as soap or extra toilet paper were provided, so we had to buy those items. Also, one of the three bedrooms was not usable because the smell of mildew was so strong in the room. Luckily, we only really needed 2 of the bedrooms, but a group needing all three would have been in a bad way. While the room seemed clean, the smell was very strong. The hot water in the villa was also unreliable. We emailed the proprietors about this, and they responded quickly.
Four of us have just returned from this lovely villa in Cala en Porter. For most it was the first time we had visited Menorca. The villa was in a really beautiful spot with the most amazing views through the cliffs to the sea below. It is light and airy with really high ceilings. The small side room you can see to the right has a built in BBQ and washing machine and also houses the motor side of the aircon unit for the lounge. This means if the aircon in the lounge is on the room is really warm and a good undercover place to dry clothes when it is raining, which it did on a couple of days during our stay. ~Well I say rain - two massive thunderstorms which were absolutely stunning to watch! The village is a short walk, but quite hilly so not advisable for anyone with walking difficulties. There are a good number of bars and restaurants in the village and it is a lovely quiet place. A few are run really well by expats but definitely try La Vela Bar & Restaurante - the food there is truly delicious. There are three supermarkets and a pharmacy plus a Doctors also in the village - all very handy. Overall we gave the holiday 9 out of 10.
Beautiful villa, amazing views, perfect holiday
The views on the photos don’t do it justice, so lovely to eat breakfast watching boats go by in the distance.
We have three girls 8, 5 & 2 who all had an amazing time, loved the pool & beach.
Restaurants & shops 5 minute walk away so perfect.
Only downside was extremely hard beds & we like a firm mattress! But no bed is ever like your own & we had such a lovely time would definitely return

The space is awesome. It's a quiet, sleepy neighborhood. A perfect introduction to this amazing island. Lots of British families on holiday in this area (and a few English pubs). The apartment itself is spacious and the outside space and pool make it a great bargain. There is AC in the master bedroom and in the main living room/kitchen/dining room area. If you plan on using the kitchen plan on going to the supermarket and buying basics like trash bags, salt/pepper, oil, sponges, hand soap, dishwasher detergent. We also had to buy laundry detergent and hand soap. The beach and town are easy walking distance. The main communication with the host was good and quick responses, through it was with an agency not on the island
