Clean apartment in the center but very loud
This apartment has its pros and cons.
- It is really situated in the midst of the city center, right in front of one of the most lively streets of San Sebastián with dozens of bars just a few steps by.
- It is very clean and quite new.
- The owners are nice and welcoming.
- There are only few apartments in the building so not that much of come an go.
- The fact that the flat is really in the city center in front of a VERY lively street makes it impossible to rest in the evening. It is true that we came for the New year eve’s holidays so we were ready to have fun on the 30th and the 31st but actually we were not able to sleep the rest of the time either (5 days on overall). It was very loud.
- The two rooms are actually separated by a thin wall and the second room doesn’t have any proper window. It has one but which gives in the other bedroom which may be convenient when you travel with your children and want to have an eye on them but is not when you travel as two couples or, as we did, as a couple and parents.

Great apartment in the heart of the town
We, a retired couple, stayed at this apartment for one week at the end of September and beginning of October. The apartment is very well situated facing the main Bretxa market in the Old Town. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars (for which Maria offered numerous recommendations) and close to all the sights and only minutes to the main beaches. There is a small lift to the 4th floor location in a typical older building facing the square. The interior of the apartment is as shown in the photos: clean, modernized in sleek white finishings and crisp decor. It is well-equipped with appliances including induction hob, microwave oven, convection oven, dishwasher, toaster, k-capsule coffeemaker and clothes washer/dryer (which we did not use). The TV was equipped with Netflix. There were sufficient plates, utensils, etc. There are two bedrooms: the larger had a double bed and faces the square with French doors; the second has twin beds with only daylight provided via a small frosted glass window into the master bedroom (we did not use the second room except for storage). The apartment was more than adequate for two people and would serve four as long as it was understood that the second room has no outside window. For a family with children it could be perfect. The bathroom has a large shower with good water pressure. The two French doors in the living/dining/kitchen area open onto tiny Juliette balconies overlooking the market. Although in the heart of the town, it was quiet at night. The apartment is bright in daytime and dark with blinds at night. There is no AC, but there were two good fans for added ventilation. Maria met us exactly when arranged and welcomed us with fresh flowers, fruit and some pastries. There were basic spices, oils, etc. in the cupboards. Besides the market vendors and myriad of shops all around, there is a very large supermarket under the market building. We were very happy staying in this apartment.

Fijn appartement in lawaaiige omgeving
Het appartement voldoet aan bijna alle aan alles, behalve dat er geen airco is. De ligging is prima. Het lawaai en rumoer van vakantiegangers, schoonmaakploegen, leveranciers voor markt en winkels in de directe omgeving was heel erg aanwezig. Dit maakt dat we niet weer voor dit appartement zouden kiezen, zeker niet gelet op de hoge prijs.

Perfect stay in San Sebastián
Just as you see in the photographs , Maria has provided a pretty apartment with everything you would need for your stay here . It is in the heart of the old town & from here we walked to most places . Maria met us at the apartment upon arrival & answered any questions we had. She was also so kind to invite us to visit the town where she & her husband live & they took us to the best Pintxos bars there. If we needed a reservation at a local restaurant she would help us if she could. The apartment is spotless. It has a great kitchen & very nice shower ...we appreciate that. There are fans to use at night & the windows & shades keep everything comfortable inside. There is a farmers market right on the square as well as a grocery store ...it is all so easy here . This is the best experience we have had in a VRBO rental. We would highly recommend Maria’s apartment. Thanks Maria!

L'appartement CLOVER est un logement confortable et lumineux entièrement rénové situé au quatrième étage d'un immeuble classique avec ascenseur. Profitez d'un emplacement magnifique, entre la plage de Zurriola (200 mètres) et la plage de La Concha (300 mètres). en face du marché de La Brecha, au coeur de la vieille ville et à 2 minutes du centre-ville. C'est un quartier où il n'y a pas de pénurie de boutiques, de bars et de restaurants. D'une superficie de 65 m², le logement se compose d'un agréable séjour, d'une cuisine ouverte, de deux chambres et d'une salle de bains. Le salon dispose d'un confortable canapé-lit, il y a une télévision à écran plat. Il dispose de trois balcons avec vue sur le Sacré-Cœur, la vieille partie et vue latérale sur la mer, idéal pour profiter de belles soirées pendant votre séjour. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que d'une table pratique idéale pour le petit déjeuner pour 6 personnes. L'appartement de vacances CLOVER se compose de deux chambres. La principale équipée d'un lit double, d'une armoire et d'une commode. La deuxième chambre a deux lits simples, une table basse, une armoire et une commode. Les deux chambres partagent la salle de bain équipée d'une douche. Le logement de vacances CLOVER offre également l'accès à Internet haut débit sans fil. Il n'y a pas de parking sur la propriété mais à 50 mètres il y a deux parkings publics (Okendo et Boulevard), le prix par séjour fixe est de 24 € / jour.
