Grande piscine et petite piscine pour enfants sur place. Près de plages sûres. L'appartement est très bien équipé pour accueillir jusqu'à six personnes avec un canapé-lit pour les 5ème / 6ème personnes (adapté pour 2 enfants ou 2 petits adultes). Une cuisine bien équipée avec micro-ondes, four et plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur-congélateur et lave-vaisselle, ainsi qu'une buanderie avec machine à laver et grand évier. Idéal pour les familles, une excellente escapade pour les couples, et avec toutes les installations et le confort nécessaire pour un séjour plus long. Détendez-vous sur le balcon et regarder les bateaux.

Great location, stunning views and would stay here again
The apartment was great and enough space for 4 adults. The added bonus of having two separate bathrooms. The property was a little tired in places but great value for money. The owners were extremely helpful and so was the property manager who met us with the keys. The apartment is only a short walk from the beach and has a Spar supermarket close by. The communal pool was also lovely if you fancied a change from the beach. We would stay here again if we ever come back to La Manga.

Lovely Apartment! Great Location!
I stayed at the apartment for two weeks in August 2018. It's a lovely apartment, with everything you could want or need for a great holiday. The owners handbook with local information was very useful. Great to have a spar supermarket very close by and also the local artisan bakery - very popular with the kids. Proximity to both the Med and Mar Menor made life easy. There's a paved walkway along the beach - good for a long run and a dip in the Med before breakfast. Also lots of activities to do on the Mar Memor including let skiing and kayaking all close by. The communal pool was sizeable and never too busy. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The very cheap busses that sn't up and down the strip made it easy to get about, combined with the pickup arranged with Ann meant we didn't need a car. Thanks Ann!

Nice & cozy place
A pretty well divided apartment, equipped with everything necessary. AC units in all rooms, a large balcony from which you can see the marina, a relaxing image. Easy to keep in touch with the owner (Mrs. Ann Page) and the contact person (Mr. John Phillips). A Spar supermarket strategically placed at the end of the street. Easy to get to the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. The sea and beaches - clean. The whole area of La Manga is very exciting, not very crowded, but alive. The residential complex Los Miradores del Puerto is located in an area separated from the rest of La Manga by a opening bridge, so you have to pay attention to the operating schedule of the bridge! All in all, we had a very nice time in La Manga. We definitely recommend!

Winter Fortnight at Mar Menor
A pleasant little apartment in an agreeable location with good facilities in the apatment - UK TV channels, sunny south westerly aspect for the sheltered balcony and generally relaible wifi (only one 4-5 hour outage by the local internet provider) and acceptable download speeds. The underfloor heating was excellent (essential even!) and made for a very comfortable stay. Good local walks and bars, restaurants and 2 well-stocked supermarkets in walking distance. Very acceptable for an out of season stay. We used the cafes but not the restaurants as we preferred to cook in the apartment.
A car is really essential (we had driven fromthe UK and had 3 weeks in Denia before this stay) and while in La Manga we visited Cartagena twice and Cabo de Palos more often - great fish restauatants and cafes with food cooked to order. It is the liveliest place on the strip and looks like the expat HQ with the large Mercadona supermarket and Aldis (open on Sundays).
If you like a quiet hoiday, without neigbours, and with sun compensating for the low temperatures this is a good option. The activity from the marina was sufficient to provide points of interest and the Spanish Air Force provided formation flying displays most days. There is obvious heritage in Cartagena and less obviously in the local lighthouses which were both worth visiting. Driving was interesting and the government tourist staff variable in their helpfulness.
Ann Page, in the UK and John P in La Manga were readily contactable and available but everthing went smoothly and although we traded e mails and texts for administrative things we
did not need to ask for any help as the website and written apartment guide/instructions covered everything satisfactorily.
All in all a pleasant holiday with good memories.

Booking Notes: The charge for Meet and Greet and apartment preparation and cleaning will be included in the quotation. This is a one-off fee of £65 irrespective of the length of the booking. There is an additional charge of £10 per person, irrespective of length of booking, if the bed-settee is used for 5th/6th persons. All guests are met personally for the key handover, and this is included in the cost for all daytime arrivals. If your arrival is after 10pm but before midnight €25 is payable locally and if your arrival is after midnight €50 is payable locally. Changeover Day: Arrival time at apartment 3pm. Departure time from apartment 10am. If you have late flight, consider booking the additional day to have the use of the apartment until you leave for the airport. Or if you have an early flight, book from the previous day to arrive straight from the airport. Notes on prices: Bookings are taken to and from any day of the week, and for how many days you require - minimum 4 days. Longer bookings are accepted, and there are discounts for bookings over 2 weeks. Please note that the initial booking deposit of £100 is not refundable if a booking is cancelled. We advise all guests to take out adequate travel insurance.
