The interior of the home is beautifully decorated, but our main reason for booking was to have a riverfront view and access to the river. The brush was so over grown there wasn't a view of the river, even from the second floor. We were disappointed. After contacting the management company, they offered us a 15% discount on a future booking.
This place is so beautiful, spacious, and clean. It feels secluded but isn't far from the main roads with restaurants. Would love to stay here again.
Adorable place! Very peaceful & serene. Close to everything, yet tucked away in the trees!
Loved staying here

Overall this place is amazing. Easy breezy to get to, and literally a stone’s throw from the Sandy River. Unfortunately, there is substantial overgrowth which completely blocks the view or access to the river. You could kind of see it from the 2nd floor bedroom window. Didn't really bother us too much, but wanted to point it out. I can’t stress enough how clean this place is. It absolutely made our stay. The upstairs queen bed was comfortable, but a bit soft for us. The firm down pillows were a super nice touch. The bathroom is simply beautiful. There was plenty of water pressure, and the custom combo tub/shower is beautiful. Plenty of toiletries (TP, Soap, Shampoo/Conditioner). The kitchen was nicely equipped. Appreciate the new fresh sponge and cute bottle of dish soap. However, the toaster was very temperamental (right side didn't work at all, and the left side was very finicky.) The oven's broiler also did not work. Only other small quip, would be a lack of good knives. All this was minor. We grilled steaks (purchased from the local Thriftway) Sunday night, and the newer Weber grill worked great. There was extra propane just in case. Nice touch. The internet worked great. We brought a Smart TV and had no trouble with streaming movies or TV. All our other devices (3 smart phones and 1 tablet) had no trouble connecting. Lastly the Fireplace was awesome. We built fires both nights and it worked great. Just plan ahead and bring your own (dry) firewood.
All in all, this place was a wonderful, relatively inexpensive get away. Lots to explore in the surrounding area and looking forward to coming back soon.
This is the perfect little get away house! Myself and a few of my girlfriends had a get-away-from-it-all weekend and waking up to the view of trees and the sound of the river was a dream come true. I highly recommend this site and house of course. I am already trying to figure out when I can come back again!
