Newpark Easy Location
We enjoyed our stay in your condo. All was as advertised and easy to use and easy to get to shops and restaurants, even on foot in the snow:).
Our only downfall was road noise from the highway which cannot be helped with this location.

Wonderful place to stay
This condo was a great place to stay in Park City/ Kimball Junction. Most of our time was spent at the ski jumps and the commute was super easy. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants and shops and to be able to get on the bike path right out the back door. Many people complained about the noise from I-80, but for us it was quieter than any other condo we have stayed at in Kimball Junction. The management company responded quickly to the 1 issue we had. We will definetly stay at this townhome again!

Luxury and location
As a long term rental property owner, I always wonder if my standards are too high when I look for a short term rental. I want everything I live in, personally rent, or rent to others to be welcoming, convenient and livable. This rental exceeded my expectations with lovely interior design details and thoughtful personal details like Kleenex in every room and hand soap and lotion at every sink. The kitchen is fully stocked. There were spices, cookware, knives, a coffee maker, tea kettle and staples in the pantry. Everything was clean and organized. It was great to have a bathroom on the main level as well. The gas grill and four-person hot tub on the main deck served us well. I would definitely recommend this property but with caveats. Only rent this property if you are prepared to image that you spent thousands of personally earned dollars making it as perfect as possible. Because that’s the respect it commands and deserves. Kudos to the owners and the property management company. Our stay was fantastic. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay here- condo was very clean and in a fantastic location. The only drawback was the noise from the highway in the Master bedroom. More plates and a dish drying rack are the only things that were missing.
Spring Girls hiking trip
We rented this condo during the end of April for a girls hiking trip. Beautiful condo in a great location with many extra amenities (basic cooking & kitchen essentials, beach towels for spa, etc.). Located 30-45 minutes away from many nice hiking trails that are easy to moderate level for us beginners. It is located in Newpark town square which has tons of eateries, a grocery store, bank, & gas station. The owners were super friendly, helpful, & quickly responsive to us (they even gave us great suggestions for trails, dinner venues, etc) We would definitely stay here again.
