Beautiful situated property
It's a lovely place to stay very central,Ian and Marie are a lovely couple. Very helpful for places to go and eat , I would recommend it to anybody. Place was nice and clean we would go back and we got lovely weather which was a bonus.

The apartment was very good and spacious. the beds were soft and comfortable and quiet. The kitchen equipment could do with updating it is not very modern but there are plenty of good restaurants around. The views from the balcony ( overlooking a boat storage yard) were interesting and varied.,with good views of boats in transit to and from the marina. Altogether a very pleasant stay although a bit on the pricey side.

Lovely, well equipped property
We enjoyed 5 very comfortable days here in early September. Plenty of places to visit in the area within easy reach. We particularly enjoyed the Lily Ponds at Bosherton and the adjoining stunning beach. Thoroughly recommend

Peaceful with lovely views.
Myself and my wife had a lovely time at the property in Neyland and it was a great base to explore Pembrokeshire and beyond. We met Ian and Marie whom both made us feel at home. I’ve a large car and that fitted fine in the parking spot under the apartment, would recommend to anyone looking to escape the rat run of a large city for a few days peace and calm.

Dirty.. what more can I say... lots!!
We arrived just gone 5pm. I immediately noticed there were only two beds made up, we are a family of three. I rang the owner, and he sent the cleaner straight over to sort the bed. Ian asked if there were any other issues and I replied that I had only been there about 5 minutes and all seemed ok. Cleaner arrived and sorted the bed. I told her the tv was pixelating. She said that she would mention it to Ian and get it sorted. We never heard any more about the TV!. Over the next day we started noticing how dirty the place was. Crumbs all over the floor, splashes and dirt all over the radiators, dirty marks/crumbs on the floor, pet hair on the bedding, cobwebs down the sides of the bed, the toaster.. disgusting! Pet hair on the sofa, stains on my bed sheet, stains on towels, dodgy light switch, dirty chairs, dirty dusty stool in bedroom dust on the blinds, stains on my husbands bed sheet, dirty sink plugs. The worst thing was the sofa! Immediately we sat on it, we all started itching.. it felt like our skin was crawling and my husband and son had to sit in the dirty metal chairs in the kitchen as he couldn't sit on the sofa. I'm sure there are some kind of mites living in the sofa as why else would we all be itching? We did not want to have to have a cleaner in spraying stuff around and cleaning around our belongings, it should have been done before we got there, hence not contacting the owner until the third day of our stay when we had no hot water. My son also has asthma, and his cough was a lot worse whilst we're were there, due to the dust.. another reason why we didn't want things being sprayed around by cleaning whilst we were living in there. Owner apologised and said that the lack of cleaning was 'unforgivable', but was proud of his four star rating. We left on Thursday and when I returned home I sent via text message, a few photos to show the owner the state of the apartment and his reply was "we are all human and make little errors and had I complained in the first day or so, then it would all have been rectified" I did complain about the tv and that wasn't rectified. I am really upset that our holiday has been ruined by someone else's lack of cleanliness in an apartment that we paid good money to rent. I would also like to know who has given this property a four star grading as I can not seem to get an answer from the owner.. sadly not four star! So wish I could post photos!
We are very sorry to hear of these complaints. We have been in this business for 11 years and have never had complaints like these.
I can only ask future Guests to read our reviews previous to and after this booking.
Well equipped, homely & beautiful views.
We recently stayed in Marina House for my partners 60th birthday. We arrived on Monday 14/8 to a welcome face which is the owners wife Marina. She was helpful informing us of local pubs, walks etc. The following morning she came to wish my partner happy birthday & asked if we needed extra towels etc.
The property itself was warm, homely & there wasn't a thing we needed that wasn't there even down to an apple phone, ipad & iPod charger. There are books & games for the rainy days. The kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits & milk which was a welcome site after travelling for 5 hours.
There was plenty of room for 2 adults, 1x16 year old & 3 small dogs. The views from the balcony & were lovely & the walks from the property where outstanding. The property is ideal for walkers or bikers as it's flat & plenty of paths & places to go.
My only negatives to my stay were the steep steps getting into the property over the days eventually left me in extreme pain due to my illness that is no fault of the property or the owners but were unaware how steep they were, hence why I've given 5 stars & not 4. My other gripe was having to park my 3 month old car under trees that were constantly dropping broken branches onto the roof of my car & a resident owl must have sat the whole night in the 1 position & did nothing but poo, as my roof & back window were caked in it & it was so thick it took a professional car cleaners 15 minutes to remove it with a high pressure washer & it has still left marks in my paint work. So for 2 nights I parked my car on the drive as Marina informed us she wouldn't be going out. These are petty things but I wish I had been aware of them both either before going or been given the heads up about the trees once I'd got there.
Other than those 2 niggling things our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and if it wasn't for my back pain problem and the stairs, I would definitely return here so please don't let the above put you off but unless you are disabled as I or have a valuable or soft top car that could be damaged by the heavy rotted tree falling on it.
Ian I'm sorry I never got to meet you. Mariner you made my partners birthday by just remembering and wishing him happy birthday. Thank you for all your local information. As we left a day early due to my back pain I didn't get to say goodbye.

Pity you were not aware that there is a carport underneath the balcony specifically for our Guests. This would have protected your new car from bird poo. The Owl you noticed is a plastic bird scarer which did work until the birds got used to it :-) our web-site does state the the access stairway is rather steep and not entirely suitable for anyone with disabilities.
