Voici l'un des rares condos authentiques et rustiques en rondins dans la paisible station balnéaire de Green Mansions au bord du lac Tripp, à la sortie de la route 9 sur la ligne Chestertown / Warrensburg, à la sortie 23 d'Adirondack Northway, à 20 miles à l'est du centre de ski de Gore Mountain. Cette propriété a 2 chambres à coucher, 2. 5 salles de bains, plafond cathédrale, une magnifique cheminée en pierre et un porche avec moustiquaire. Une plage magnifiquement entretenue invite les nageurs et les bronzeurs. En juillet et en août, de 11 h à 18 h, deux sauveteurs sont en service. Des canoës, des kayaks, des chaloupes et des pédalos sont fournis gratuitement aux amateurs de sports nautiques. Les joueurs de tennis trouveront des matchs de pick-up tous les matins au 8 tennis Har-Tru. Les terrains sont également éclairés pour les matches du soir. A droite des courts de tennis, il y a une boule de pétanque. Le parcours de golf Green Mansions est à un kilomètre et demi de la route pour le ski de fond et la raquette en hiver et le départ en été. Le câble, Internet sans fil et un grand téléviseur haute définition à écran plat sont destinés à ceux qui préfèrent le divertissement en intérieur ou qui restent connectés à leurs réseaux.

Awesome stay at Green Mansions!
We really loved the porch and how much common space there was. It was great to have bathrooms in each bedroom. We were also very grateful to be able to bring our dogs. I love the Hilltop area because it is a nice community and everyone is so friendly. It’s also in great proximity to the beach. The downstairs bathroom toilet isn’t working well- we needed to stop it from running almost every time we used it. The upstairs toilet that was recently fixed also ran a fair amount. The smoke detector battery died on Sunday night so we removed it and put it on the kitchen counter because it was beeping. Overall we had a great stay.
Thank you for your stay and review. The maintenance staff thought the toilet had a condensation problem but we realized the inserts needed to be replaced completely. Toilets are now repaired and two new carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
Could have been a better experience
Could be a really nice rental but, needs some updating in the bathrooms. We felt uneasy using the toilets because they were really fragile and had some issues! Very nice condo but needed a really good cleaning! No air conditioning which is fine 10 months a year but it was so uncomfortably hot that we couldn’t sleep even with the fans blowing! At least have an air conditioner in the bedrooms for sleeping if the renter wants that! The carpets needed to be cleaned bad! Very nice quiet area! Very beautiful at the lake with lots to do! This rental could really be a great getaway with a little work!
Thank you for your feedback. The two bathrooms have new inserts in each toilet as of today. Next summer, I will be purchasing window air conditioning units for each bedroom. Good idea, we have had an incredibly hot summer. Usually cool being in the forest.

Lyn's place was very neat and clean. The house was well stocked with all the essentials as well as other fun touches such as board games making it a great place to spend time with a group of people. The rooms were very spacious and the location is perfect if your looking to ski or other winter sports. The host was very accommodating and responded to messages quickly. Communicating with her was very easy. If you are looking to rent something in the area I would definitely recommend this place!
Shaby and Dirty
The pictures over rated the property. The parking was a couple hundred yards away from the condo. Even when you unloaded it was way around back. Then you had to park and walk back. The condo was dark,and dingy, It wasn't very clean. There was old food in the fridge and it was dirty and smelled. We had to clean it before we put our food in it. The entire back deck was covered with bird droppings. The rugs were filthy.
To get to the lake it was a major trek down a hill after a long walk or drive down which was quite a distance. The pictures surely made it appear different. The laundry room smelled like a dog. It appears that a large dog had lived there. That wasn't declared in the website.
So overall, it was rather a inconvenient to use the condo. That might have been okay had it been clean and well maintained.It was overpriced for what you get.

Gorgeous 2 level home with all the amenities.
Or family of five plus 3 guests plus our dog were totally comfortable and at home. Fireplace, laundry, bbq, etc... what's not to like?
Cozy and Comfortable. Recommend highly.
Easy access with a lockbox. Quiet. Floor to Catheral ceiling stone wood burning fireplace. Jacuzzi tub to relax in. WiFi, cable.
