Weekend get away!
We had a wonderful time. The property was very nice and had everything you would need. The property owner was very helpful and extremely nice. My family of 11 had the best weekend get away we have had in a very long time! We will return again.
The owner of the property was very responsive to my emails before our stay and during! He was very kind about everything as well! The lake view is beautiful, and we had a lot of fun this weekend!

Easy and recommended. Could use a few more towels. Kitchen is fit for "basic ". Could use more pots and pans.
Location is Great, Housekeeping is Lacking
The location was amazing, however the house was lacking as far as cleanliness and housekeeping. There was not any hand soap in the bathrooms and no spare toilet paper. There was not any spare paper towels or laundry soap to start a load before we left. There was no towels in some of the bathrooms and the bunk beds did not have sheets and were not made. The mattress of the bunk had a large stain. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and was full of mold. There was spider webs under the daybed with the trundle, so we had to vacuum to clear them out before letting our kids sleep on it. The washer and dryer were full of linens and towels from the last guests, so we finished that laundry to have towels and sheets. We made the most of it, once we ran to the store a couple times and got settled in.
We are so terribly sorry for the inconvenience you suffered at our home, as there is no excuse for the condition in which you found it. I wish you had called me, as I would have dispatched someone to help remedy the situation and I should have made that clear in our rental guide. No excuses -- the housekeeping staff dropped the ball and I'll own that. Should you ever choose to stay with us again, please reach out in advance as I will make this up to you. Finally, I did check on the property after your departure and you were amazingly respectful guests. Thank you for your business and again our sincere apologies.
