Comfortable, Pretty Studio with Beautiful Ocean View
We didn't use our air conditioning at all and woke every morning to the sound of the waves crashing outside our window. We loved the apartment, the complex, the location and hot tub. We couldn't use the pool because the water was too cold.

Delightful Waterfront Condo
Lahaina Shore Beach Resort is fantastic. Location to Lahaina's shops, restaurants and the marina is a quick 5 minute walk which is why we choose to stay at Lahaina Shore.
Lisa's ocean front unit is beautiful and well maintained. Thank you for making our 2 weeks so special. We will return.
The view from the room balcony is so beautiful, you will never get tired of looking at the ocean from this condo! The condo has everything from beach towels to pans that can be used to cook a meal in for the night. Great location on the beach next to a couple different dining options and a convenience store. We had a great stay in room #403 and would for sure make plans to stay here again in the future! Very clean and comfortable, thank you!

Nice condo, but sneaky after fees/owner
Enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary, but was quite taken back after the initial large cleaning fee was taken out to find that the owner had deduced another additional chunk of money from our deposit for “excessive sand” in the unit. Keep in mind this is a beach front property, and we did our best to make sure everything was rinsed before coming inside. One single plate was also broken during our stay, and the owner cited that she’d have to buy and entire new set. The price of a broken plate and some sand was half of the entire security deposit on top of the already pricy fee built in. We are frequent renters and have never had such issues.
I am glad that the guest had a good anniversary and enjoyed her stay in our unit. The cleaning fee is in line and standard amongst the condos in the resort and goes towards making sure the unit is pristine so that every guest can have a great experience. This is not a fee that I charge to make money on...it is an expense incurred and paid to third party. In the seven years that I have owned this unit I have never had to charge a guest for excessive sand as we expect some sand but the amount of sand that had to be cleaned out of the unit filled an entire large bucket and caused extra charges and time the housekeeper had to spend cleaning. As to the missing plate I contacted the guest to try to resolve the issue and she wouldn't respond to my correspondence. It was only after I charged for the missing item that she finally chose to respond. Also, the charge was NOT half of her security deposit as she claims. Communication here was an obvious issue as well as respect for the unit and the guidelines in the rental agreement.
