Overall the property was nice. Linens were clean yet other parts of the house needed some dusting and vacuuming. Plan to bring extra necessities (TP, dish detergent). There isn’t a grill to use as stated on the listing, just to be aware. Overall we enjoyed the stay though and it’s been a great location and property!
This condo is perfectly situated, and Marcy and the property team were very helpful as we prepared to arrive! It's within walking distance of Main Street for restaurants and shopping, and it's right around the corner from the lift for Peak 9, Charter Ski Rental (the guys are so helpful there!), and Maggie's for Apres Ski and relaxing in the sun. Peak 9 is perfect for families and/or people who are just starting to learn to ski. The condo's pool and hot tub are a great way to end a fun day of skiing. We never shared a hot tub with anyone - there are 4 of them! We had a great time in Breckenridge, and we will definitely be back very soon!
Great family condo for ski vacation
We have visited the condo each of the past two years and are always impressed. The condo is in a great location with a short walk to the slopes and town. Everything is clean and well maintained - it feels like home.
Good but could be better
The townhome was in a PERFECT location and was a great size for 5 adults and 1 toddler.
Unfortunately, upon arrival there were 8 lights (including all main hallways and great room) that had burnt out and there were no extra light bulbs on site. We finally received replacement light bulbs the following night.
Also, one toilet went inoperative the first night and we were down to only the upstairs toilet for the second two nights.
Personal recommendation would be to spend the $2-3k in minor maintenance and upgrades like upgrading the Master King mattress and some of the kitchen cooking ware.
Overall a good experience.
