Great space with lovely ocean views!
We had a great time in this Apartment. Ralph was very helpful and even loaned us his Christmas Tree for our niece! The Kitchen was fully kitted out and we were able to have full meals whilst we were there.... after we figured out how to work the electric stove 😝�. There is no elevator and it’s on the 3rd floor so be prepared to slog your luggage upstairs. Accurate check/in instructions. Great location! Safe area with a small shop on the corner. 15 min walk to main road, shops and beach. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Cape Town.
Serenity in Camps Bay
Our stay at was absolutely wonderful . Checking in was seamless and Ralph contacted me with all necessary information. The flat was perfect location from beach and dining . We did breakfast in and kitchen was fully equipped. Perfect stay and perfect host
Beautiful clean apartment
Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Good supermarket almost next door which was very useful. Was a bit of a walk to Camps Bay beach. Would definitely recommend it, excellent value.
Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft in top Lage (Supermarkt und Steakhouse direkt um die Ecke) und herrlicher Aussicht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zu jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unproblematisch. Absolut empfehlenswert! Würde jederzeit wieder buchen
This property was clean and quiet. Just what we needed for rest. Everything was modern. Not good contact with owner. We didn't use the stove nor electric burners at all during the trip because we didn't know how to turn on. The property manager did not inform us that he would not be near to greet us and assist us in what we needed help with. Also, we were surprised that we had to climb 4 flights of steps to get to the unit. We would've packed differently had we'd known. But overall this was truly an idea place to stay in Camps Bay. Water View spectacular.
The guest was a difficult one right from the beginning! She did not read the website correctly where it is indicated that there is no elevator. All instructions how to obtain access was sent weeks in advance and no recognition nor response was received from guest. On the day of arrival, the mobile of the guest was down and the instructions could not be accessed. Big confusion from guest side but it was resolved as access instructions were resent immediately.
I reacted immediately when guest notified me that the TV was not working. After organizing a technician, it was found that all was in good order and no defect was found. Guest herself acknowledged that she managed to sort the apps out and that there is no need for a technician. On request, an extra blanket was organised the next day.
Regarding the stove, the guest was requested to provide a time when a friend of mine could drop by to explain how to operate the stove. No time was received from guest, nor did they approach the neighbor whom I contacted to explain the function should the guest approach him. This also was not done.
