Perfect at Nezu
Thank you Hisae for all (Kurios, extra fee, travel to Narita,...).
Very perfect house at 20 meters to Nezu Station: confortable and pleasant. It was perfect for us. My daughter have particulary apprecied the observation to the street and Skytree Tower view from the second floor.
Great time in Tokyo!
We stayed here for 6 weeks over the summer and had a great trip. The house was very nice, provided a good amount of space, and was conveniently located. It was easy to get there from Narita airport due to its proximity to Ueno station, and the check-in was very easy. The house was clean and overall in great shape when we arrived, and we quickly made ourselves comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for making simple meals and the counter seating worked well for our family, and there were two grocery stores very close by. Washer/dryer is a great convenience for a longer stay. We also appreciated the outdoor space on the top floor.
The bedrooms were simple and comfortable. A little more storage for clothes and other things in the bedrooms would have been helpful, but that is mostly because we were there for an extended period. There are also some drawers available for use under the stairs in the living room, which helped us stay organized. There is an AC in every room, which kept the house cool even when it approached 100 degrees F outside.
The location was very convenient. Nezu is a rather quiet neighborhood with some nice restaurants and interesting shops. Ueno park and zoo is about a 10 minute walk, and then the surrounding Ueno neighborhood (15 minute walk) has just about anything you could need. It is an easy subway ride from there to most of the major neighborhoods within Tokyo, and to Tokyo Station to leave the city. Nezu station is also right outside the door, less than a block away. The house is on a major road which also makes it easy to catch a taxi - we never waited more than about 5 minutes.
We were easily able to communicate with Ayako by e-mail, and she was very responsive when we had questions. There is also a helpful informational binder that tells how to work all the appliances and other relevant information.
Some other reviewers noted the noise from the street - there is some in one of the bedrooms and the living room, but it is reasonable and not beyond what one would expect in a major city. All of us, including our two-year old, were able to sleep through it without any trouble at all.
Overall, highly recommended.
Clean, roomy, and convenient to the subway, supermarket, and restaurants.
Everything you need for a cozy, comfortable stay. My daughters really appreciated the mobile hotspot!! Street noise is noticeable inside the house but not distracting, and the beds comfortable. The third floor outdoor space was especially nice.
Thank you for great review!
We really hope you enjoyed your stay!

a great place to stay in Tokyo
We really enjoyed our stay! The building is narrow, but it's pretty cool to have a whole house in Tokyo. The location is conveniently right next to the subway, and there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, wifi, pocket wifi) were all great.
One small negative: It was very windy during our stay, which made the third floor noisy because of a rattling window. But the four of us fit easily on the second floor so it was no problem.
Thank you for great review!! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry for bothering your sleep due to 3rd floor's window. We will check and try to fix for future guests. Thank you for letting us know.

Best place to stay in Japan
This house is so adorable!! As noted on other reviews, you can hear the road noise. Our first night staying here was the only night affected by the noise, I think because we were getting adjusted from the time change from the US. The location is great for sightseeing multiple areas of Japan. The Nezu train station is literally a 3 minute walk. The Ueno station which we took from the airport was about 0.8 mile from here. Everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable. The air and heat in each of the rooms was awesome because we were able to customize our temperatures. It is a convenient walk to the Family Mart and 7-11. Lawsons is little longer walk at about 7 minutes. All of these provide delicious meal choices and groceries. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning around the counter in the kitchen. If we travel to this area again, we would definitely choose this house. It is an excellent value for what you get!
Thank you for wonderful review!
