Condo was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal and close to everything. We had a great stay there.

Dirty condo + Unreasonable owner = Bad experience.
Unfortunately a negative review. First time walking into the condo, musky smell hit you. After first night, we noticed broken chairs in balcony, light switch knobs missing, kitchen vent not working, master bedroom mattress uncomfortable. Floors extremely dirty since everyone’s feet was black from dirt. Condo have not been mopped for a long time. We paid a hefty cleaning fee and that is the part that bothered me the most about all of this. Broken/missing things, uncomfortable bed we lived with. Not clean is not acceptable. I immediately let the owner (Penny) know about the issues. She said she doesn’t know what is going on and she is out of town. She offered me to check out providing refund and find another place on my own but that was not an option for us as most condo's do minimum 3 nights and I have 2 nights left on my vacation. We had food to store and cook so hotel was not an option either. I also have a newborn, two-year-old, wife, and grandparents with me. It is almost impossible to find other accommodations and move everyone and everything we bought for the trip. I told Penny checking out is not an option for us explaining all the above and to please meet us in the middle where she still makes money and we don't have to interrupt our trip. I requested that she refunds me the cleaning fee as it is unacceptable to come to a dirty place. She told me that the place needs to be cleaned after we check out at the end of our trip that she cannot refund me the cleaning fee but if I check out right away, she would refund me the whole amount (doesn’t make sense). She should have call the cleaning people and have them come over to clean it. Instead she told me to check out and find something else as “the fair solution” she stated. Not so fair for us. I tried to meet in the middle where she knows what is wrong with her condo, her cleaning service is not doing a good job, and she still makes money from rent and we don’t have to interrupt the trip. That was not an option for her. Penny's exact text “I am not refunding partial because it has to be cleaned now. You can stay as is or move. Your choice.” We had to stay because there was no time to find anything else. I wasn’t going to cut my family trip short to go home because of an unreasonable owner. I am extremely dissatisfied with her response. She could have been more understanding but chose not to. I do not recommend staying here until Penny makes her business a CLEAN one and respects renters.
My condo is professionally cleaned by a large cleaning service. They have the same crew each time and then their supervisor inspects their work prior to a new guest checking in. I did speak with them and they had been there that morning. They did not report any bad smell, but they use a product after cleaning that takes out any odors or disinfectant smell. Only two of the eight chairs on the balcony have been beat up by a recent storm, but they are not unsafe, or we would have removed them. Yes, apparently someone knocked the the little turn knob off the reostat in the kitchen. It does not prevent the light from working, it just did not have the knob, which was replaced after you checked out. The kitchen vent worked fine when it was checked out after you checked out. I am sorry the bed was not to your liking, but hundreds of other guests have never complained, and in fact some comment how comfortable it is. I don't believe the floors were left dirty as the tile is white and surely you would have noticed dirt on it as you were checking in. After nearly 24 hours of your large group of six people walking outside and then walking all over the white tile, I am sure it was dirty by then and needed to be mopped. I always ask my guests to notify me immediately upon check in if there are any issues. You waited 24 hours to let me know the knob on the light switch was missing and you could not get the vent to work. Neither of those items were emergency situations. I told you since it was Saturday, I would not be able to get anyone there until Monday and you were leaving on Tuesday. Upon hanging up with you, I immediately called Homeaway and asked them what I should do. They advised I should just give you a full refund of all the money you paid and let you move somewhere else. Which is exactly what I did. It was not until I offered you a full refund that you now had broken chairs, uncomfortable mattress and dirty floors. You stated you did not want to move, but you wanted a refund of the cleaning fee. I told you I felt that I should do as I was advised by Homeaway and give you all of your money back. It is true the condo had to be cleaned when you moved out. But, if you had let me refund all of your money, you would not have had a cleaning fee to pay & a free night on top of that. According to my many reviews, most people find it a 5 star property.

Cette belle station balnéaire est située au cœur de Pensacola Beach sur Little Sabine Bay. Le golfe du Mexique est situé juste en face de la rue. Nagez dans l'eau vert émeraude et marchez ou jouez sur les plages de neige blanche.
Notre condo est une résidence secondaire pour nous et nous l'avons meublé et entretenu selon nos attentes. Nous avons tout le luxe de la maison, y compris DVD, WIFI, laveuse et sécheuse et un bain à remous. Deux chambres avec lits queen et deux salles de bain.
Vous pouvez marcher pour faire du shopping, manger et se divertir sur la promenade .. La plage est connue pour ses délicieuses spécialités de fruits de mer. Des divertissements en soirée et une multitude de boutiques uniques sont tous accessibles à pied.
Il y a un chariot qui fonctionne pendant la saison estivale qui vous emmènera et / ou les enfants partout sur la plage. À distance de marche est le golf miniature et arcade pour enfants et la jetée de pêche dans le golfe du Mexique.
Pensacola Beach offre tout, avec sa beauté naturelle, ses magnifiques couchers de soleil et son large éventail d'activités nautiques. La pêche, les sports nautiques, le parachute ascensionnel, le surf et les bains de soleil font tous partie d'un programme quotidien pendant les vacances ici.
Les amateurs d'histoire peuvent rester occupés à visiter de nombreux grands musées. Ft historique. Pickens est au bout de la rue et est une journée complète de plaisir pour toute la famille. Le centre-ville de Pensacola est à une courte distance en voiture et a de nombreux autres musées à visiter. Vous ne voudrez pas manquer le National Air Museum, domicile des Blue Angels.
