was just right for me on a BBNP trip. beds were comfortable, amenities were great, perfect location.
Very clean, roomy and close to all of Alpine.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend to those visiting the area. Two children and two adults; perfect size and did not have to worry about “hotel” feeling! *** love the cactus decor ***
better than a hotel
Place was clean and everything that was advertised. Train wasn't that bad.....people just find things to complain about. Ralph was cool to deal with as he brought a brand new BBQ for us to use but it was 108 degrees so Q-ing outside didn't happen. He also had the AC going so when we arrived the house was chilled. We came from SoCal so the heat was an adjustment. The house was way more comfortable and roomier than a hotel......It was perfect for our 4 day/3 person stay. would stay again if I travel to Alpine again.
Great house and great location
House was very updated and clean. It had everything you could need. Ralph and Ryan were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to other.
Cute house perfect location
Casa de Los Abuelos is a cute two bedroom home that has everything you need. It's an easy walk to downtown, restaurants, shops, and other places of interest. This small town appears to be a main thoroughfare for trains. The trains didn't bother us, but it may some people. I didn't notice any train traffic late at night. This is a cool town and a cool little house. Ralph, the local part of the host team, was extremely gracious, helpful and saved our bacon at one point. We would stay here again!
