Very well equipped, clean townhome with lots of room. Located in a quiet development with access to pool/hot tub and laundry facilities. Host was very responsive to all questions and provided helpful, detailed check-in/out information. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property!
Well Located and Comfy for An Extended Stay
We stayed at this unit for six weeks in January and February 2019. It is extremely well-located to easily reach all the sights and attractions in Orange County and nearby Los Angeles, either using highways or local roads, which we did both depending on the time of day and day of the week. Plenty of services nearby (within walking distance) including a major grocery store, financial institutions, convenience stores, gas stations, and multiple restaurants and eateries. It is well-situated within an older, quiet, garden level condo community, it appears all the units were ground floor entry, with a second level in each unit as this one was. The unit overlooks the central pool/hot tub area as shown in one of the pictures which could have been shot from the upstairs bedroom window. While there is no washer/dryer in unit, there are multiple large laundry rooms located very close by. The property is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, but there is no on-site office or management. The unit was quite homey, well furnished, very comfortable beds, all the equipment and supplies you could ever want. The unit was and felt even larger than advertised and had a nice enclosed furnished back patio, which we didn't get to use too much due to it being unseasonably cool during most of our stay. Mail is delivered at the front door and often contains ads and coupons for local eateries and services. Although we never met him personally, the owner Hai was very responsive whenever we had a question or issue, even sending us videos to help explain things like how to change batteries in the front door digital lock or how to work the Apple TV control. There are a few things to note: (1) The outdoor pool is not heated and therefore not particularly usable in the winter months. (2) There are three different TVs in this unit, and each operates differently, and with different sets of controls. Unless you are a Master of Electronics expect it to take a little while to get comfortable with using each of these. The owner left a lot of local travel information, to which we tried to add, and a small handbook of information about the use and care of the unit. We would suggest the owner expand the handbook with some additional information about situations that might arise during an extended stay such as finding medical or dental care (we ultimately needed both during our stay!), obtaining maintenance assistance (which we didn't need), etc.
