It is on three levels. It is built into the hillside so you may enter from the ground and from the first floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a door to the garden. The other bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together. Stairs lead up to the first floor, which has a kitchen, a dining area, and a full bathroom with bathtub. Doors open from the kitchen and main room to an outdoor patio fully furnished for dining al fresco. Stairs lead up to a living area with the fireplace. It is a loft area open to the main room below.
There is a large public swimming pool with jacuzzi and water slides at a walking distance from the house.
The antique village of Montombraro with shops and swimming pool is at a walking distance.
