Villa is situated in the district of new villas in Livadia, surrounded by vineyard, where special sorts of vine grape is planted. Russian kings had their summer residence in Livadia - Livadia Palace. At this palace in 1945 Yalta Conference took place. The palace is only 800 m away from our villa. The climate of this are is exeptional. Located at the seaside, there are needle-leaved forests with fresh air, beautiful mountains and clear sea water.
Our house has 7 separate apartaments (40-60 m.sc.). 5 of them have 2 rooms, 2 have 1 room. There are 3 apartaments with sea view, one of them is suite, and 4 apartaments with mountain view, all with 2 rooms. Each apartament has bathroom, balcony, fridge, conditioner, TV, 1 big double bed, and those 2 rooms apartaments also have sofa bed for 2 people. Additional beds provided if nesessary. There is big swimming pool (21 m long), sauna, billiard-table, table-tennis inside villa. Big garden (1000 m.sc.) with trees and flowers, with benches, artificial lakes and river surroundes villa Elena. Our villa interior is decorated with paintings of ukrainian artists. Expencive materials were used in the interior. There is one big kitchen and big hall (100 m.sc.). We did not provide meals, you will have opportunity to prepare any kind of food. Garage for 2 cars and several parking places.

Hints and Tips South bank of Crimea is outstanding because of amazing nature and special mild climate. Yalta and Livadia are interesting as a historical and cultural centers. There are museums, national parks, palaces around. Beautifl parks few steps from our villa. Zoo in 7-10 minutes driving. Rope road to the mountains about 10 km away. Walking distance to the center of Yalta along the seaside, where you can find delicious restaurants, lots of attractions, casino, cinema. Luxury restaurant is few steps from the villa. Organ music hall - 10 minutes walk. Livadia palace - 15 minutes walk. Various tourist hike, bike, climb pathways. Several kinds of water sports avaiable - windsurfing, kitesurfing, water ski, scubadiving, yachting, fishing, just swimming. Sea at the walking distance. Please note that this place is surrounding by mountains, you should walk down to the sea (about 10-15 minutes) and go up on your way back (in total about 700 m), not very high. There is health center "Chernomorye" nearby, where you can use cable car to and from the sea (cost is 2 USD in day).
