It consists of an entrance area,a complete bathroom (with bathtube, shower and WC), a very quiet bedroom (with large twin double beds, spacious wardrobe and working desk), a sunny living room with bedsofa (which folds out in a comfortable extrabed, 1,80x2m) and an integrated fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, etc.) with eating area.
Also: individual heating sistem, radio-cd, TV, babybed; linens and towels provided.
PERFECT COMMUNICATIONS: only 8 min. per tram to the heart of the city (tram stops around the corner, passes every three to four minutes), within 5 min. walk the tube station, night bus, taxi stand.
PERFECT INFRASTRUCTURE: just in front a small shopping mall (supermarket, bank, etc.); all kind of shops and restaurants, pharmacy, post office, in the nearest neighbourhood. Nearby the General Hospital of Vienna.
SPORTS AND LEISURE: just in front tennis courts in summer, ice skating in winter, billard, bowling & snooker all the year round. Within 3 minutes walk the traditional "Jörgerbad" (an indoor and ourdoor swimming center) as well as the famous "Metropol" with life music, theater, drinks, Musical, etc. (see program in internet).
