Each room, measures 40 qm has its unique design and is individually furnished in colonial style. Hot water shower and toilet en-suite. The traditional colonial construction makes air-condition obsolete. Ceiling fans are available.
The villa is open the whole year round – rooms may also be rented individually.
The villa is situated in a palm-grove within a former coconut plantation between the coastal road and the sea. One is be surrounded by nature only. The distance to the nearest neighbours is 500 metres. The distance to the nearest town Weligama (approx. 40.000 inhabitants) is 5 km and can be reached by local bus or motor three wheelers.
