It is situated less than 200 m from all shops (baker's, grocery, butcher's, supermarket, pharmacy, etc). The street is very quiet with a friendly neighborhood. There are a few cultural places nearby (theater and museum). The house has 3 floors facing south: on garden level there is a toilet and in one large single space a kitchen, dining room and lounge. On the first floor there are 2 rooms, a bathroom and an independent toilet. On the 2nd floor there is a big room and a sink. At the end of the garden there is another house used as a workshop (pink front on pictures) which is not available during the stay. The house is about 125m2 and the garden 100m2.
