It is situated on the first floor of a small two storey provencale style property consisting of four flats. The building, which favours peace, tranquillity and easy living, is in a quiet cul de sac assuring no traffic or parking problems. It is surrounded by greenery, is not overlooked and features a large terrace (12m2) from which meals or afternoon / early evening drinks can be enjoyed whilst taking in the breath taking views of the forest of Vaugrenier, the Mediterranean sea, and the nearby Cap d’Antibes. During the summer the apartment remains pleasantly cool and enjoys the constant serenade of the local crickets. The proximity of a Casino Supermarket and other local shops makes shopping easy, making life simple and straightforward.
For those with an active outlook on life, there is a fitness trail starting outside the apartment which makes its way through the Parc de Vaugrenier (a conservation area) or maybe a 2 km. bicycle ride down to the new Promenade de Hippodrome in Cagnes Sur Mer for an early morning swim . . . . . .
The apartment is part of a secure development (24 hour security guards) at the heart of a wooded area (82 ha, 50 000 trees of all types, lawns, flower beds throughout, and three lakes). Antibes, Juan Les Pins, the Isle of Levins, Monaco, Italy and all the little villages of the back country, Eze, St. Paul de Vence, Valbonne, Biot,…….
If you push a little further afield say 1hr 30 there’s St. Tropez, the ski stations of Auron and Isola 2000 or the Mercantor National Park and it’s valley of wonders.
The hardest thing will be to make choices because you will certainly not have the time to explore everything.

If you’re looking for a place to climb, accrobranche(adventure circuit in the trees), go canyoning, a via ferrata , or you want to go site-seeing (Nice’s old town, its famous flower market in the Saleya courtyard, old Antibes with its provencale market, the celebrated village of St. Paul de Vence……) , a tourist route, a panoramic view point, a museum, all are at hand.
