The house is situated in the newly developed Pairc na Fana, overlooking a lush green area, mature trees with the steeple of the old rectory drawing the eye. There are three ensuite double rooms, one with walk in wardrobe. There is also one single bedroom giving a total sleeping capacity of seven. The sitting room, overlooking the front garden has an open fire, tv-dvd, satellite TV, comfortable seating with two and three seater leather couches .There is a downstairs toilet. The open-plan kitchen and utility room are equipped with granite countertops, electric hob and fan oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A small light filled seating area separates the kitchen and dining area. Off the kitchen, there is a dining room, complete with a oak oval dining table with a seating capacity for six. The house has been tastefully decorated to create a soft calming atmosphere with the use of Louis Mulcahy lamps throughout the house and dimmer switches in the rooms to create that special atmosphere. Wide teak doors open back onto a paved patio area where there is teak garden furniture and you will find a gas BBQ in the shed. The house is a short skip from the fishing village of Union Hall, where you will find delightful reataurants such as the renowned Dinty Collins Seafood Restaurant that double up as cozy pubs.
