It is an attic on the third floor without lift, with a large living room with glass doors to the terrace and a view over the sea. The area is lively and highly populated during high season, but inside the flat it is quiet as it is located on the third floor and the windows are soundproof.
The flat includes a laundry, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven and a nice view over the sea through the living room. The main bedroom faces east with a little terrace that offers a nice view over Sferracavallo, part of the sea and the mountain behind which the sun rises. The bay at the foot of the mountain is known for the natural reserve of Capo Gallo.
The second bedroom is internal and not very bright, but well ventilated. The bathroom contains a shower with body jets and is very bright. The flat is provided with two air conditioners, although there is a good ventilation which helps to keep the temperature inside the flat quite cool even during very hot summer days. The flat is also very bright and is ideal both in winter and summer.
The flat is located on the gulf of Sferracavallo, near Mondello and the city of Palermo. There is a regular bus service which connects Sferracavallo with Mondello and the city of Palermo. The nearest bus stop is about 30 meters away from the flat.
The gulf of Sferracavallo lies between two mountains and is well known for its natural beauties. Across the road from the flat there is the main beach private and is suitable for small children

Means of access The best way to reach the flat from the airport is by taxì, if you rent a car take the motorway to Palermo and exit at Capaci, then to continue to Sferracavallo.
Hints and Tips In Sferracavallo there is an excellent ice-cream shop, named "Bar del Golfo", I suggest to try their granita and confectionery. There are more pizzeri and tipical fish restaurants. It is very good to walk along the seafront in the morning and in the evening especially. For who loves walking I suggest any excursions in the islands of Favignana, Ustica which lays in front of my flat and can be seen while sky is clear. Please note: The price does not include either laundry or cleaning, for which there will be an additional charge. It is need advance payment 30% to confirm your booking, and the balance at the first day.
