I live in a very nice and luminous flat near La Macarena (Sevilla) very close to the river, in the third floor of a building with lift.
The flat has two rooms and a study. I use one room and the other room is free.
The flat is completely furnished (air conditioning in the room) and all the expenses are included (water, light and town gas). It has also a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven…) and TV and DVD in the living room with a very sunny balcony.
