The apartment is located in a 3rd floor without elevator, which could be an inconvenient on your arrival and departure day. On the other hand, it¡¦s a very quiet place since there¡¦s only one neighbour in the building. It must be also mentioned that the street where this apartment is located (San Eloy) is a pedestrian one, which makes the apartment even more quiet and comfortable.
Its location is absolutely perfect, with important monuments and landmarks all around it: just around the corner we can find the two streets that form the real center of the shopping here in Seville: Sierpes and Tetuán. Also very close we also find: the Plaza Nueva with the City Hall the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias, Salvador Church, etc. So, as you can see, the situation is excellent and makes this apartment a perfect chance to know the city.
Lugares interessantes As I told before, the location of this apartment is absolutely wonderful.
Some of the closest central areas are among the oldest in the city. Thus, on a slightly raised area, somewhere near the site where the Salvador stands today, the first settlement in the city was established around the 8th century BC. The area, with the town Hall, the Plaza de San Francisco, the Cathedral, as well as the Churches of El Salvador and La Magdalena was later to become administrative, social and religious centre. Further on towards the river the quarter of El Arenal and the Maestranza bullring. Traces of history, famous characters and legends are ubiquitous in its streets and building: from Julius Caesar to Carlos V, Velazquez, Cervantes, Curro Romero, Carmen the cigarette maker¡K Walkers will find comfort in the numerous bars where a beer and a tapa can be enjoyed in lively conversation with a friend.
