We are located in a small white village in Almeria (Spain) which is in the mountain range of “Sierra de Filabres”, a short drive from the Capital, Almería as well as: a variety of beaches, golf courses and natural parks. We are very close to the caves of Sorbas and the Tabernas desert (The only European desert), where the famous film sets are located in which Sergio Leone filmed Spaghetti Westerns. Currently Mini Hollywood, Fort Bravo and Western Leone offer a variety of attractions from the American Wild West for people of all ages. We think that the tranquillity and beauty of this environment is ideal to escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. If you want to get away from the crowded holiday beach towns this is an excellent option.
We hope that you enjoy your stay, we offer you a fully equipped rustic house in a quaint truly authentic Mediterranean village in the real rural Spain. The house has thick stone walls that keep the heat out in the height of summer. There is a large built in Barbeque in quaint Andalucian interior patio for lovely evening meals. The quite town swimming pool is close by so the children can make friends.

Means of access I would suggest you arrive into the Almeria airport and then rent a car. The only other airport that is relatively close by would be Murcia. Full instructions on how to get to the town are available upon request.
Hints and Tips In the town itself you have two small shops, they area also cafeteria/bar/restaurants. The next large town is 19 kms away where you have a few more shops. Almeria has everything you might need as well as a hospital and a very impressive castle. There are many great day trips to nearby beaches and towns to keep everyone busy and even Granada is only a 2 hour trip away if you want to visit La Alhambra. Apart from the many town beaches there are many secluded beaches to be found if you are adventurous (and have a four wheel drive!). Apart from having great weather Almeria is extraordinary for the tapas! Places to go and helpful websites are available upon request.
