The detached villa, of recent construction, a one-storey building covering a surface of 100 m², offering room for five to six people, furnished with rustic furniture, central heating, offers: • a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning • a bedroom with two single beds • a bedroom with one single bed • all the bedrooms have a wardrobe, dresser, sheets, blankets and cushions • the sixth bed can be put into the living room • there is a big living room with an open fireplace, sofa, armchairs, a table with chairs, TV, radio and an iron • a kitchen with a table and 6 chairs, gas cooker with an electric ring, washing basin, fridge, freezer, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, bowls, tablecloth, tea towels, coffee machine, tin opener, bottle opener, fruit press, toaster etc. • bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer • an outside shower • a wide covered veranda with a table, chairs, a surrounding garden with veg and fruit (oranges, mandarins, lemons) of some 8,000 m² • parking next to the house, barbecue etc. We, Elvira do not offer any cleaning or cooking services for our guests.
