Means of access The villa is located at the exclusive resort community of Themis on the beach of Schinias, within 50 minutes from the airport, and 50 Km from downtown Athens. Our community is one of the choice gated resort areas of Greece surounded by the ecological park of Schinias and the Aegean coast line. A 4 lane highway (Leoforos Marathonos) takes you to the Schinias rowing center. Follow the signs to the beach. Our community is on the hill by the sandy beach overlooking and Aegean and the bay of Marathon.
Hints and Tips Our villa is strategically located within 1-2 hours of many major archeaological sites and within 50 minutes of the downtown of Athens. Within 30 Minutes of the port of Rafina, you can take the ferry to several popular islands (Myconos, Andros), or drive to Corinth, Mycenea, Delphi, Sounion as an example.
The Marathon start is literally 10 minutes away.
Whether it is swimming and aquatic sports, night life or visiting museums and sites, our villa is the perfect place to be, within a 5-20 minute driving distance and still far away from everything!
