The furniture is modern and elegant; in the kitchen you can find all you need to cook with comfort; the bedrooms are well-aired and quiet, and welcome you with the color of the mediterranean country.
The wide areas in the garden(in common with the second floor) are suitable to relax in the shade of the tall pines or to enjoy the sicilian sunshine. The garden and the sea are connnected by 10 steps. The rock coast, sheltered in gulf of Solanto, is easily enjoyable through a small private pier and a solarium with deckchairs.
The calm, clear and beautiful sea invites to do scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming, canoeing (belonging to the house). Nearby there is a school for water-skiing, sailing, surfing and scuba diving with guided excursions in underwater archeological areas. Diving equipement can be rented.

Means of access From the airport "Falcone e Borsellino" of Palermo run the freeway A19 towards Palermo.
Run all the urban ring road (Viale Regione Siciliana) and run again towards Catania.
Take the turn off of Casteldaccia and follow the signs to the statal coast road (S.S.113). Run it for 1 kms towards Palermo.
From the airport it's possible take the train to the Central Station of Palermo and from there the regional train to Santa Flavia

In the promontory of Capo Zafferano, a path leads to the old lighthouse of Mongerbino, where you can enjoy an amazing view overlooking the sea.
The nearest small town, Santa Flavia, is less than 1km away and provides all kinds of shops and entertainments to cater to all tastes (an open air cinema, pizza-bars, restaurants, sandwich and pancake bars, discos). Porticello's important fishing harbour close-by.
