The building at the grownd floor is made up of a double room with a double bed, a bedroom with twin-beds and a balcony wich opens on to the garden, a bathroom with a big shower,a store-room/laundry,a large kitchen/dining-room and a veranda/living-room.
By an outdoor stair you can go up to the first floor and there you'll find another double room with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a very big terrace.
In the garden there is another living room under a nice gazebo and a very nice bouganville pergola under which there is an outdoor dinner area.
Always in the garden there is,under a roof,a little kitchen, a barbeque and an indipendent bathroom.
By a private stair inside of the garden it's possible to reach the sea below.
The villa is located in a very central position:in the north part of the Sicily nearby Palermo so rich of architectural and natural wonders.
It's very easy to organize some short tours in the most important places of the island:Cefalù(55 km)with its Arab/Norman architectures,Monreale(28 km),the village of Erice(120 km),the amazing Egadi island,Segesta and Selinunte and many other places.
It's also necessary to visit the punic ruins of the ancient city of "Solùnto" that gives its name to Solanto.
