The house is in a charming and green urbanization, near downtown and close to the best beaches of San Juan de los Terreros, ideal for people looking for quiet and relaxing holidays. A nice and comfortable covered terrace-garden is the most important room of the house in this warm region. You have two tables and 6 chairs in the terrace-garden. So you choose where to be, inside the house or in the garden terrace surrounded by flowers, the sun and nature. If you choose the terrace, you have another option: shadowy terrace or sunny terrace. When I visit my renters they are usually on the terrace, eating, reading or sunbathing.
