Located in the centre of the town of SaintMandé, it is close to shops (bakery, food,..)and close to some good restaurants, pizzeria, and others. It is only 300 m far (5 minutes walk) of line 1 of the subway metro (station St Mandé). It makes it possible to go anywhere into Paris while remaining the evening to calm. Ideally located, it is on the right side of Paris to go to Disneyland Paris. Its oak parquet floors and mouldings plaster of the ceiling were preserved and renovated like the rest of the apartment. The beds are comfortable including the sofa bed in the last room choosen with big width and great confort. The apartment gives side court, on a small quite pleasant garden, to which one has access by the door window room.
