It is the perfect location for you to discover the many delights that the Aveyron has to offer. At Le Refuge you will experience high standards of accommodation combined with a truly relaxing atmosphere; in short, the perfect setting for you to indulge in a well earned stress free break. Set in our one hectare garden we have a large swimming pool with roman steps for easy access and for that little bit of indulgence the pool also has a Jacuzzi attached.
The owners also live on site and will be happy to help you enjoy your stay in any way they can. We can also provide a 3 course evening meal with wine and coffee at €22 per person.

Means of access Rouffenac is 8 kms from the market town of Cassagnes de Begonhes and 5 kms from the Château de Taurines and sits at 560 metres above sea level on the Segala plateau. Rodez is 27 kms north of Le Refuge. Le Refuge is just 40 minutes from Rodez Airport or Toulouse Airport is just 1 ½ hours away.
Hints and Tips A must for visitors is a visit to some of the “Plus Beau Village de France”, “The most beautiful villages in France”. This is a prestigious club of 139 villages which have been chosen for their character, heritage and the desire of the inhabitants to protect their uniqueness. The Aveyron has 9 of these villages which is more than any other department in France.
