It is tastefully furnished in every detail to make you feel at home. Enjoy all the space, comfort and freedom of staying in a home and don’t worry about getting around Rome…… the underground station and many bus stops are right at your doorstep. Completelly renovated in 2006, it is located in the Appio Latino district (3 km from St. John’s Basilica, 5 km from Coliseum), but most important of all, it is right at the Colli Albani subway station (Metro A), which makes travelling around Rome so easy. All the major monuments, museums and churches can be reached in a few minutes. The Metro A takes you directly to St. John’s Basilica, the Spanish steps, P.zza del Popolo and the Vatican. Direct buses leave just outside the flat for St. John‘s, the Coliseum, the Old Appian Way and many other tourist attractions. The Colli Albani area itself is lively with many bars, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and all kinds of shops. You will enjoy walking around the adjacent Via Appia Nuova and the nearby outside fruit and vegetable market. Anything you need is at your doorstep.

Our prices are for 2 people. Each additional person +15 euros per day, +75 euros per week.

Means of access From Fiumicino airport: Take the train to Rome Tuscolana station then the subway (Metro A - Direzione Anagnina) and get off at Colli Albani. The flat is right there.
From Ciampino airport: Take a Co.tral bus to the Anagnina where you take the Metro A (Direzione Battistini) and get off at Colli Albani. But since Colli Albani is near Ciampino, it should not be too expensive to take a taxi.
Hints and Tips A special feature nearby (a 3 minutes walk away) is the “Valle della Caffarella” park (Largo Tacchi Venturi) which is part of the “Appia Antica Regional Park” .
