The apartment was completely renovated on 2007 (NEW bathroom)!!
It is situated in the Heart of Rome in Trastevere (historic centre). The area is very characteristic and quiet (100 m. from Tiberina Island). The building has been just renewed, the apartment is elegantly furnished and is located on the third floor without lift. The equipped terrace has a wonderful view (photos available). Rate is quoted for 2 people. (3rd and 4th people in the same appartament got a 50% to 70% OFF)
Utilities (electricity) is not included. Paid only the consume by checking the Electricity meter (normally very low cost ....depending just of you)

CHECK-IN: AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE prior to arrival.
Out of hours arrivals and departures : if arriving or leaving outside of our normal business hours ( 07.00 p.m. to 09.00 a.m.),on sunday and all national festivities please be aware that there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00 each time.
CHECK-OUT: NO LATER than 10.00 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
We can also provide the following services :
* Transfer from or to the apartment with private driver ( Euro 50,00 2 to 3 people .....I sincerely suggest !- )

Buenos planes The most typical Roman neighbourhood is located just over the bridge from the historical centre (and that is what the name means, over the Tevere river) became very trendy over the past twenty years, when the small streets and alleys typical from this area started “ad ospitare” bars and restaurants together with some trendy shops still located in the area. The neighbourhood is the liveliest of the city and extremely crowded in the weekends. Beside shops, also very famous the Santa Maria in Trastevere church, known as one of the oldest Christian churches in Rome.
