Roman Forum Palace was just Restored on 2007 and fully renewed.
Tastefully furnished with fine classic fittings and the same remarkable equipment. The open space studios are in the same palace, next to eachother, but separate with their own kitchen-corner, bath, tv, etc..... The palace has only 4 apts units. Comforts: air conditioned, autonomy heating, TV, fully-equipped with bed linen, table linen and towels , laundry facilities (coin machine a few steps far away the palace)... Shops : 50 m, restaurant : 50 m, bus stop : 100 m, supermarket : 100 m. Subway stop : 50 m.
Utilities are not included. Paid only the consume by checking the meter (normally very low cost ....but depending just of you )
NOTE: we cannot rent any apartment less than 3 nights long .
If you want to reserve, I will send you the reservation Contract with all details for the 30% advance deposit.
The price not includes utilities consumption (paid only the consume). Linens and towels and final cleaning are included.
A security deposit of 300,00 Euro in local currency is strictly required on arrival day.
This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
The reservation can be done by paying in advance (30%of total amount ) with a money-transfer (bank, postal or by Western Union).
