The area is particularly calm; the apartment overlooks a secondary street with little traffic and is comprised of an ample entrance that leads to three rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. The double bedroom is spacious and luminous, the furniture is modern and in addition to being practical, it is elegant; including a closet, a double bed, small night stands and a small armchair.
