For less than the usual villa with a pool you get a huge old Provencal mansion, with 9 bedrooms for 18 people, 16 acres of river fronted garden and a living/dining room that's over 250m2 in itself.
The catch? Well you have a view of just mountain and countryside and the hustle and bustle of the French Riviera is 40 minutes scenic drive. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive (with far reaching views across the Med') although there's a well stocked mini market just 5 minutes away.
Feel free to self cater in our superb commercial kitchen, but why not enjoy your holiday and let us cook, shop and wash up for you? My partner and I can provide good value gastronomic set menus. Three course set meals are a mere €28 per person, and cooking is my passion and not profit orientated.

Means of access We can provide airport transfers from Nice, which is only 35 minutes drive, but unless you just plan to laze round the large pool and go for the odd stroll to a good lunch in a nearby medeival village, you'll want to have a car, and with prices from as little as €20 a day it's silly not to. Hints and Tips Our prices displayed here are for eighteen people having exclusive use of Le Foulon, the 5 best bedrooms, have super-king sized beds and luxury en-suite bathrooms, the other 4 standard rooms are a double with en-suite bathroom, a double and 2 twin rooms with sink in each room, that share a double shower room & wc. These are self-catering prices with full use of the commercial style kitchen, there is no bar or any other staff services when you choose this option - you have Le Foulon to yourselves. However, a full restaurant and bar service is available for guests to enjoy as their own (you have exclusive use). Breakfast is €8 per person per day.
