The beach is a 2-3 minute walk and excellent for snorkeling by the rocks or swimming and sun bathing in the sandy area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and very comfortable with three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a tastefully decorated living room /kitchen area. You can have lunch and dinner on the spacious veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea, the island of Evia and the Marathon beach area. The Balkoni restaurant, 400 m. away, has excellent fine dining and stunning views of the Kokkino Limanaki beach. The mini-mart 200 meters away provides a convenient place for the every day needs. Means of access Public bus transportation is available 1-2km away from Rafina or Marathonos Ave. to the center of Athens and to the airport every half hour. Marathonos Ave. (which leads to the start of the ancient Marathon Race), also provides easy access to the new Greek National Road System and archaeological sites such as Delphi and Sounio. From Rafina you can take daily ferry routes to the islands of Mykonos, Tinos, Andros, Evia and beyond to other islands. The Athens Airport is 20 km. away from the villa with the Athens Metro station about 10 km. away in Pallini, both accessible through the bus route.
