Very sunny and clear apartment in which 3 people can sleep. The sofa is very confortable. All the furniture are bran new and all machines too (cloth washing machine, big new fridge, new cooker "induction" to cook quiclky and safely, big LCD TV with many channels, wifi internet...etc The kitchen is very modern (American kitchen) and the bathroom is very clean. The building is 100 meters far from the fashionable Rue du Commerce where you can find any shops you need to buy any convenient things of very famous brands like Gap, Zara, H&M...etc... There are also many pharmacies, banks, bakeries, supermarkets...etc. It is one of the best areas in Paris, very lively and safely. Ideally located, near La Motte Picquet-Grenelle tube station, where you can take lines 6, 8 and 10. With the tube, you are 10 minutes far from the Arc de Triomphe and the Avenue des Champs-Elysées, 8 minutes far from the very nice area of Opéra, 5 minutes from Montparnasse. You can go by walking in only 5 minutes to the Champ de Mars, where you can visit the most visited monument in the world : the Eiffel Tower. You are 10 minutes far from Tennis Roland Garros stadium and 8 minutes far from the Exhibition park at Porte de Versailles. In 10 minutes you will be in the very romantic area of Saint Germain-des-Près with its very nice bars and walkings around the river of the Seine and the Cathedral of Notre-Dame. You can also get easily to Disneyland Park, all train stations and the airports Orly and Roissy. Hints and Tips Bikes can be rented at a very low price with a system of city rental (the first 30 minutes are free). You can get them 50 meters from the apartment and leave them in many places in Paris (there is a city bike point every 200 m on the street in Paris ; it's a new public service proposed by the city of Paris. There are many restaurants in the street (Japanese, Italian, French, Chinese...etc) and also Mc Donald's, Pizza Hut... etc. You can visit many monuments around this area going by walking, without even taking the tube. UNESCO head office is 5 minutes from the apartment by walking.
