On the boulevard du Port Royal is a nice open-air market and the Gobelins is at a short walking distance with its diverse sorts of restaurants, cafes, cinemas, and convenience shops
Worthwhile to mention a spacious shopping mall and one of the biggest cinema screen in Europe at Place d’Italie.
The public garden “Parc de Choisy” is just opposite the street and provides a vast space of rest and relaxation.
The heart of Paris with the architectural sites (Louvre, Island Saint Louis, Notre Dame) can be easily reached by the direct metro of line 7 starting from the station of the Tolbiac.
