Perfect for 1 or 2 people, my studio apartment is centrally located very close to Metro station ODEON and a few steps away from Catedral NOTRE DAME and the river Seine. The youthful area of QUARTER LATIN with its lot of cafes, restaurants and cinemas is very close too.
This quite charming and calm 18m² studio is located on the 3th floor of a building with an elevator and a security system. The building is clean, the apartment airy.
The shower room and toilets separate on the right hand-side of the kitchennette.
The studio has been recently painted and is fully equipped. It has wood floor in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and mirror, a hair drier
The living room is decorated with a double bed (140 cm wide), phone on recept, TV Dvd cable + high speed internet, carpet, reading lamp.
