It’s thirty seconds from the Pompidou Center, on a quiet pedestrian street, and close to the Marais, Louvre, and Latin Quarter. The bedroom areas are separated from the living areas. The apartment is siutated on a very calm courtyard where you can hear the songs of birds when you wake in the morning. Building security includes the use of two access codes to enter. You can stay in a charming apartment, completely renovated with exposed beams, wood floors, and extra high ceilings. Decorated for us and for you in a cozy Zen spirit. On the upper floor, there is a large open kitchen/dining area equipped with all the dishes and utensils you’ll need to cook and enertain in style. Top-of-the-line appliances include a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also a living room with an L-shaped sofa, plasma TV, DVD, and Bong Olufson stereo system. The sofa in the living room converts to a bed. The smaller room, which we call the library, has an additional convertible sofabed where you can also zone out. We ‘ll leave you our DVDs, CDs and books to entertain you. On this floor there is also a lavatory and closet. Large French windows open onto the courtyard. Additional light is furnished with skylights. On the ground floor, there’s a master bedroom suite with a dressing area and bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi (spa ?) . Also, two small bedrooms, one of which has a sofabed. All three bedrooms have armoires and desks.
