"Promenade des Anglais" and the sea is only ten minutes walk. The beach, the famous flower market (cours Saleya: pedestrian area), restaurants, art galleries, museums and antique shops are all within walking distance.
A car is not necessary but there is cheap secure parking just around the corner.
This lovely apartment is perfect for a couple or a family of 3 or 4 persons. Everything is completely new and nicely furnished. Please let us know in advance if you need an high chair and a cot (free of charge).
If you have a stroller you can keep it in the courtyard on the back of the house.

Hints and Tips In rue Bonaparte you'll find everything you need from fresh fruits and vegetables to fish, roasted chicken, take-away pizza or "socca" (a specialty from Nice) and one of the best pastry shop in town ("Peché mignon", our favorite "patisserie" actually).
In Place Garibaldi, which is at the bottom of the street, seafood lovers we'll find a very typical and appreciated restaurant of Nice ("Café de Turin", very well known for oysters and shellfish in general).
The nearest railway station is at 10 minutes walk (Gare de Riquier). From there you can reach all famous sites of the French Riviera (Monaco about 20 min, Cannes about 40 min and between the two : Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Saint-Paul, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu, Eze, etc….).
