The Baumettes Quarter is the most elegant and central living area of the city.
First of all, the private lift (!!! ) to join the flat on the fift level, the upper one of the building.
The living area is about 105 sq meters comprises three bedrooms and three large terraces (amount : 95 sq meters...).

On the South-East, the apartment enjoys a giant balcony (55 sq meters) with a fabulous sea view (picture) where to share breakfast, aperitive time, or dinner for all the family. 2 tables and 8 chairs are waiting for you for eating "à la belle étoile", under the sun or the stars.

It has over four million annual visitors taking pleasure in the art and culture of the city including 19 museums : (Musée des Beaux-Arts Jules Chéret, Musée Masséna, Museum of Natural History, Naval Museum, Musée Chagal, Musée Matisse - arenas of Cimiez where one can also see Roman ruin, Musée Terra-Amata amoung them), convention centre, three theatres, opera house and symphony orchestra.
The train station is only a ten-minute walk from the apartment. This excellent service takes you to all the must-see towns and beaches along the Cote d’Azur. The town has the beaches on one side, and on the other such luxury hotels as the Negresco.There are major features in Nice and the surrounding areas throughout the year.
The Nice Carnival in February, Monte Carlo tennis and the Monaco Grand Prix in April and May as well as the Cannes film festival and the Nice Jazz festival to name a few.
Nice is a year-round destination. Spend the summer time at the numerous Nice beaches or other resorts. Spend the winter sightseeing, shopping or skiing in the Alps at Valberg or Auron (less than 2 hours by public transport). There is no need for a car as everthing is within easy reach.
Monaco, Villefranche ,Grasse and Cannes are within easy reach by car or regular buses. Italy is a 30 minute drive on the nearby motorway. The beauty of this region is that it has activities for 12 months of the year as the ski slopes are only 1and a half hours away giving you sunshine in the mountains as well as by the beach on the same day. Snorkelling and diving are close by or you could roller skate on the Promenade des Anglais.
The general ambiance is a relaxed informal environment with many Pubs and clubs catering for an international clientel, bars such as .....
