Decription of the Villa from the outside
The Villa has a indipendent entrance with gate (see potho) and a spacious place where two cars can be parked, in the front of the house there,s a little garden, on the backside about 150/200 m2 with pine trees and garden where it’s possible to have barbecue and relax.
The distance from the sea is ca 300 m. the access is from the private road on path that arrives right on the free beach, or you can reach tha sea by car on the public road.
Description of the inside
From the main entrance you enter directly in the livingroom wich is furnished with a double sofa and two arm chairs, a dining table for 4/8 people, then there is the kitchen, complete with oven, fridge and washing-machine, still on the ground foor there is another room that can be used as abedroom, under the stair case there is a little bathroom, the heating is electric and to gas, on the first floor you will find a bathroom on the first floor you will find a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bedromm with wardrobe, a smaller bedroom with two single beds a doble bedroom with wardrobe and access to the balcony that you can see in the photo. There is a total 6 bed places (2 double beds + 2 sigles) but can be 8 on request.. (The suitable prices are for 6 people)
