Means of access From highway A12 (Genova-Livorno) go out to Viareggio, and continue on the link in direction Lucca and go out to Massarosa. To the graft on the street Sarzanese, turn to left in direction Lucca, after 1,5 kms on the left the indication is found for Montigiano. The road climbs for the hill, and passed the church of Pieve Elici, a road it is crossed that conducts to Lucca. To continue in this direction, and after some hundred meters, in the place Mountain Pitoro to take the 1° road that climbs on the right. After 1 km arrived in proximity of the church of Montigiano to take the 1°road to sxleft (street of the palazzetto) and once comes on the top, to take the 1°street to left, after 50 mt on your right you will see Loma Bonita. Arriving instead from the A11 (Firenze-mare), reached Lucca, to take the highway that points out (A12 Genova-Livorno and Viareggio), after 10 km.exit to Massarosa, and to follow the same indications previously described
Hints and Tips The small village of Montigiano is very close to the beach, it’s only 10 km, Pisa 20 km, Lucca 15 km, Florence and Siena 90 km, Carrara and Marble Quarries 25 km, Cinque Terre 60 km. All those places have their particular history and several monuments and museums to see. You can enjoy the quiet of the place and the fresh air of the mountains, but at only 15 min. you find everything (disco, pubs, restaurants)
