colour, with character where the present time and the tradition coexist.
It has 21 square meters. The dining room and sitting room are together with
the main room creating an open shared space, attractive and cosy in which
you can relax after a tourist day. It contains a classically Spanish shower
with walls of wood, part of which was made at the turn of the century.
The kitchen is fully furnished, perfectly equipped, with washing machine,
oven, refrigerator, kitchen pots and a set of dishes. The apartment has also
bed linen and towels, two bed sofa, kitchen with a ceramic hob, shower,
microwave, air conditioner and a reinforced door. It is located on the 5º
(fifth) Floor without elevator, perfect to stay in form!
In general, it is an attractive and cosy space where you can have your
isolated space in the heart of Madrid..... The perfect choice!

You can access the most important museums by walk, and to top it all, there are many options to go out or to go shopping. 300 meters up the Fuencarral street (Calle
Fuencarral) is jammed with stores and surrounded by the Malasaña and Chueca districts and Huertas, well known by its nocturnal life and its young and dynamic atmosphere. It is impossible to find anything more central as without needing to get on the tube you will be able to walk all the Historical centre of Madrid, the emblematic points of the city and the most varied cultural offers are within reach; cinemas, theatres and the most visited museums of the city like el Museo del Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía.
Two minutes walking are enough to get to the famous Gran Via and from there, only a couple of blocks apart, La Puerta del Sol and La Plaza Mayor are found. A classic point of contact for tourists and amenities. To sit and enjoy tapas and sandwiches in some of the surrounding restaurants, which are many, on each corner of those historical streets is a forced appointment.
In search of a nocturnal life? Just going down stairs from the apartment you will already have at reach the district known by the Madrilenians which are full of restaurants and bars. As well as the last fashion discos: Joy Eslava..... No need to take transport!!!!!!!!!!!!
