The villa has a large private garden, which on hot summer days is cool and shady. The house fronts onto a canal that joins the lagoon.
The house is only 5 minutes from the main S.Maria Elisabetta water bus stop and 13 minutes from the beach. There is free parking outside the villa.
The apartment is suitable for 4 persons, on request an extra bed is available
We operate different rates for the different seasons but whatever you pay, you will have the whole of historic Venice on your doorstep - I really do think it's a wonderful location, and particularly good for families as it's so safe.

It is good also to visit the 52nd International Art Exhibition from La Biennale di Venezia, entitled Think with the Senses – Feel with the Mind. Art in the Present Tense,from June 10 to November 21 and to take part to the exciting Venice Film Festival at the beginning of September
